What brands of makeup do you use?

My professional makeup kit is stocked with a wide range of high-quality products suitable for all skin. Some of my favourite brands in my kit are; Estee Lauder, MAC, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Tarte, Urban Decay, Benefit, NYX, RCMA, Smashbox, and more.

Do you provide all of the makeup needed for the application? Are there any products that the client is expected to bring?

I tell all my clients that if there is a specific product or colour they prefer to use, they are more than welcome to bring it along to the appointment. That being said, I do provide all of the makeup that will be needed for the application, so there isn't anything that is needed to be supplied by the client.

Do I need to book a Bridal trial appointment?

While a bridal trial is not required, it is highly recommended. The trial appointment is one on one time dedicated to customizing the makeup look that will make you feel your best on your wedding day. If you decide to opt-out of the trial, we can discuss via phone, your wedding day details, preferred makeup styles and colours.

What can I expect during the trial appointment?

At the beginning of each trial we will spend some time going over your wedding day vision and any makeup inspiration you might have. We will also discuss your skin care, and decide on products to use based on your individual skin type. The remainder of the appointment will be us working together to perfect your bridal look by trying different looks/colours until you feel your best!

How should I prepare for my makeup application?

Please arrive to your appointment with cleansed skin and no makeup. I also recommend wearing a robe, zipper, or button-down shirt so that you don't need to pull it over your head after the makeup has been applied. Don't forget to exfoliate and moisturize well during the week prior to the appointment. Otherwise, all you need to bring is yourself.

What do I need to provide the morning of the wedding?

I will bring with me everything I need to the getting ready location on the wedding day. This includes, a table, makeup chair, and lighting. I like to set up in front of a large window to maximize the natural light, as that is best for applying makeup.

How long does each appointment take?

Each application takes approximately 60 minutes to complete.
